Validity:
These General Terms and Conditions are valid for bookings of any Artissimi tours or services.
All bookings have to be confirmed in writing.
Online tours: any booked and payed tours are not refundable. The tickets / booking space is/are however transferable.

Payment:
All bookings must be paid by bank transfer as per invoices and general terms and conditions to the Austrian Artissimi bank account. Bookings are only confirmed after payment. Short term bookings can be paid in cash upon written agreement with Artissimi only.
Online tours: upon booking as per website.

Payment private tours / groups:
30% prepayment at time of confirmation
50% 4 weeks before the booking
100% 2 weeks before the booking

Cancellation fees:
Individuals / private tours (no online bookings) up to 10 participants:
If not agreed otherwise in the contract:
After written confirmation by the client: 10% of the total estimated amount (handling fee)
4 weeks prior arrival date: 50% of the total estimated amount
2 weeks prior arrival date: 100% of the total estimated amount

Cancellation fees groups (as of 11 participants):
If not agreed otherwise in the contract:
After written confirmation by the client: 10% of the total estimated amount (handling fee)
6 weeks prior arrival date: 50% of the total estimated amount
4 weeks prior arrival date: 70% of total estimated amount
after this date: 100% of the total estimated amount

Good to know (online bookings only):
All stated rates on our website are per person including VAT (currently 20%). 
Artissimi will provide headsets on all tours which are included in the package price. These have to be returned intact after the tours. Artissimi will charge € 100,- per head set in case of loss or damage. The number of people in a group is limited and as stated on the website. All tours are walking tours and will take place at any weather. All tours will be guided by professional, licensed tour guides or historians or art historians. Entrance fees are not included if not stated. Transportation is not included if not stated. Audio and video recordings during our tours are not allowed. The organizers reserve the right to change programs if necessary. You will find meeting points in good time on our website / program section.
Cancellation Policy (online bookings):
Payed tours are non refundable, however tickets are transferable.

Hindrance:
In case of an unavoidable hindrance the tour guide is obligated to provide an equally qualified substitute. If possible clients must be informed.

Liability:
Artissimi is not responsible or liable for any accidents and cannot be held liable in any way for any occurrence in connection with the client’s participation in the tour, which might result in injury, death or other damage to the client, his property, or his family, heirs, or assigns.

In so far as there is an opportunity to register personal or business details (e-mail addresses, names, addresses) within internet resources, the divulgence of such information on the part of the user is expressly on a voluntary basis. By giving a postal or e-mail address the user is agreeing to receive information (mail or e-mails) from Artissimi. The user furthermore agrees to the registration and further processing of the data relevant to him/her with the aid of electronic data processing. This personal information will only be used by Artissimi to provide services ordered by the user or furthermore to advise the user of news, events, program highlights and other services of Artissimi. The data given by the user will be treated as strictly confidential according to the terms and conditions of the Data Protection Act.
